As the year draws to a close, we wanted to take a moment to pause, reflect and say a sincere thank you to everyone who stayed with us, followed our journey, recommended us to friends, or supported our holiday rentals in Lagos this year.
Whether you visited us in the height of summer or chose the quieter months by the sea, 2025 has been another memorable year here in the Algarve.
Looking Back on the Year
2025 has been a particularly positive year for our Lagos holiday rentals, not because of growth alone, but because of the experience it reflects for the guests who stayed with us.
Over the year, our short-term rental department welcomed over 3,000 holiday stays, with bookings and rental values growing by 36% year-on-year. Just as importantly, guest satisfaction remained a real strength, reflected in consistently excellent review scores across all major platforms.
That level of service doesn’t happen by accident. It’s the result of close collaboration between our reservations team, property management and finance teams, ensuring homes are well maintained, communication is clear, and guests feel supported before, during and after their stay.
Alongside holiday rentals, our long-term lettings department was restructured in 2025 to focus exclusively on residential lets. This change proved highly successful, delivering 10% year-on-year growth and bringing the number of long-term homes managed to approximately 110 properties. For many owners and returning guests, this has helped create continuity and long-term care for the homes we look after.
For us, these results matter because they reflect trust, from property owners who place their homes in our care, and from guests who return year after year.
